Episode 1

The series kicks off seeing Cheryl spending some quality time with her nearest and dearest; shopping with her mum and with Ashley in front row seats at Julian McDonald's show at London fashion week. Leaving the show on the way to a romantic meal the celeb couple get chased by the paps. In part two we're on the Girls Aloud promotion trail in the build up to their 12th single being released. In Ibiza it's a whirlwind of gigs and interviews. They get to top up their tans but it's a bit difficult with the long lens of the paparazzi lurking in the trees. We're with the band at CDUK with their first ever live performance of A Whole Lotta History. Backstage in the dressing rooms Cheryl makes a hilarious faux pas with the new member of the Sugababes and they discuss getting passed over at The Brit Awards.

Episode 2

This week is all about the release of the new single and what position it makes in the charts. We're on set as they shoot their first ever video on location in a very chilly Paris. We're there when the girls see the rough cut of their new look video for the first time and it doesn't go entirely to plan What chart position will A Whole Lotta History make? And what will be it's final position on that all important Sunday? What do the people behind the band think of the chart positioning and what can the record company do?

Episode 3

Girls Aloud are jetting off for a whistle stop promo tour of New Zealand and Australia. It's the furthest most of them have ever been and it's a bit of a slog once they're there. Cheryl takes out her frustration on the wardrobe mistress and Sarah, Kimberly and Nicola let off a bit of steam by going out clubbing. Nadine goes on a mysterious date in Sydney with "a serious Hollywood hottie". The band's virtually unknown in the antipodes but we meet Lang and Emily, Girls Aloud aussie superfans who have spent all their savings on two tickets to Wembley.

Episode 4

Trip to Greece for a corporate gig and some r&r in Athens with their nearest and dearest. What will the girls make of Athens and what the ancient city has to offer? Girls Aloud do their bit for cultural relations by jetting off to China with Ken Livingstone and The Royal Ballet; they've been chosen to be cultural ambassadors. What on earth will the Chinese make of the girls and their unique pop sound?

Episode 5

Girls Aloud do their bit for cultural relations by jetting off to China with Ken Livingstone and The Royal Ballet; they've been chosen to be cultural ambassadors. But all is not well and Nadine believes it is her worst ever performance. Cheryl goes back to Newcastle to see her family.

Episode 6

Girls Aloud are a week away from the start of the tour, and the Australian fans come to the UK to meet their British counterparts. Cheryl and Ashley go out for a day to walk their dogs, and Kimberley faces abuse in Leeds from drunken yobs.
